Ramaswamy and Acton Compete for Ohio Governor on Nov. 3

Republican Vivek Ramaswamy will face Democrat Amy Acton for Ohio governor, the state's top leader, on Nov. 3. NPR rates the race a Toss Up, like a coin toss where either person could win.
