27 Killed in Two Shootings in South Africa

At least 27 people were killed in two shootings in Cape Town and Johannesburg on September 27, 2026. South African police are now searching widely for the people responsible, like a city-wide search. Investigators do not yet know why it happened or if the two shootings are linked.
