Fighting Starts Again in Northern Ethiopia

Fighting has started again in Tigray in northern Ethiopia between local Tigrayan fighters and the country's army, reaching nearby Afar and Amhara areas. Each side says the other started it. People fear another war like the 2020-2022 one that peace negotiators say killed about 600,000. Now all eyes are on the 2022 Pretoria peace agreement and whether it will hold.
