3-Year-Old Noah Died After Leaving Playground for Pond

Three-year-old Noah Woods died after leaving Brantham playground. A hearing was told he went through a fence hole, across a memorial garden and out an open gate toward Decoy Pond on 15 September. A relative followed but lost sight of him after 200 metres. Divers found his body in pond next afternoon. The hearing is paused; no one is blamed.
