Lightspeed Plans $250 Million for AI in India

Lightspeed plans to raise $250 million for Lightspeed India Partners V, a fund for young companies building artificial intelligence in India and Southeast Asia. Listed in April paperwork, it is half the $500 million 2022 fund. It should start writing checks within two months and spread the money over about 2.5 years.
