Morgan Stanley said Sept. 23 the next AI payoff likely goes to users, not builders. Businesses using AI to make smarter choices, spend less and keep more profit could see returns, in its report 'AI Investing: Why Adoption May Drive the Next Wave'. I see a higher bar. Saying 'we use AI' impresses less, showing real profit matters more.
