New York Police Add Safety Checks After People Leave Sewer

New York City police are doing extra safety checks with national agencies after three people came out of an underground sewer opening at East 61st Street and Park Avenue early Wednesday and drove away in two cars. The added caution is because of the UN General Assembly meeting and the sensitive location. Police see no link so far.
