Rob Kaplan says bets on rate rises may be too high

Investors may be betting on too many rate rises from America's central bank, the Federal Reserve, Goldman Sachs vice chairman Rob Kaplan said in a Sept. 24 Goldman interview. Kaplan used to lead the Dallas Fed. I see this as a warning that expectations can overshoot, like over-ordering dinner. That affects loan costs and savings.
