Microsoft's cheapest new Surface computers will cost more

Microsoft's 12-inch Surface Pro Second Edition will start at $1,149.99, up from $799.99, and the 13-inch Surface Laptop Second Edition at $1,199.99, up from $899.99. Both come with at least 16GB of memory, the desk space computers use to work, with an option for 24GB. The smaller 8GB version is gone.
