U.S. Asks Russia's Leader to Join Big Meeting in Miami

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been invited to a December meeting in Miami of leaders from the world's biggest economies, called the G20. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced it after talking with Russia's top diplomat, Sergei Lavrov, in New York during a U.N. gathering. Putin has not gone in person since 2019.
