Six arrested after crowd waits for boat that never came

Six people were arrested at Gosport marina in Hampshire after hundreds waited Tuesday evening for a boat they believed carried people seeking safety. Police say the crowd turned hostile. The boat instead reached Dover around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday with 51 people. Four were held over suspected attacks on police or medics; two over suspected illegal entry onto private land.
