UK watchdog investigates if children can reach Pornhub

Ofcom, Britain’s internet watchdog, opened an investigation on 23 September 2026 into Aylo, which owns Pornhub. It says relying on Apple’s age checks may not block children well enough, as UK online safety law requires. Ofcom says its own tests found children could still get in.
