Baird Was Terrified, Witness Tells Court

Jesse Baird was terrified of Beau Lamarre-Condon, witness Corey-Dean Thorpe told a top court in New South Wales, saying Baird kept repeating 'he has a gun.' Thorpe said he never heard Baird so scared. Lamarre-Condon, 31, denies killing Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, with a police gun in Paddington on 19 February 2024.
