Witness Says Baird Feared Armed Accused

Witness Corey-Dean Thorpe told the NSW Supreme Court that Jesse Baird was 'petrified' of Beau Lamarre-Condon, with Baird repeating 'he has a gun.' He said he had never heard Baird sound so frightened. Lamarre-Condon, 31, denies murdering Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, with a police-issued gun in Paddington on 19 February 2024.
