Canada Says It Will Pick Its Own Partners

Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney, the country's leader, said Canada will choose for itself who to make deals with. He spoke before traveling to New York Sept. 21-23 for the UN General Assembly, a yearly meeting where leaders from almost every country talk.
