Oil's right-now price jumped to $130.80 in six days

$130.80 a barrel on Sept. 15, 2026. That's the right-now price for Brent-Europe oil, up from $109.51 on Sept. 9, FRED data show. That's $21.29 more in six days. In my view, watch that speed: it can push up what you pay for fuel and everyday prices. That's different from prices agreed for later.
