Trump to Hold Meetings With World Leaders as Iran Fighting Goes On

President Donald Trump is set to meet officials from Persian Gulf countries on Sept. 22 in side meetings at the United Nations' large annual gathering, while fighting with Iran continues. After his speech, he is also expected to meet leaders from Britain, Japan and Venezuela. The talks will test if U.S.-led efforts to calm the fighting can work.
