Oil price falls 3.4% to $100.34 on talks hope

Brent oil futures for November finished at $100.34 a barrel, down $3.53 or 3.4%, Reuters reported Sept. 21, on hopes for U.S.-Iran talks. Like cheaper flour for bread, it can lower petrol prices and everyday price rises, easing loan costs. But more attacks or failed talks could reverse the fall fast.
