Man Arrested for Spraying Moviegoer Who Used Phone

Police in Burbank arrested Matthew Ware, 34, on 15 September after he allegedly pepper-sprayed a moviegoer at AMC Burbank 16 for using a phone. He faces misdemeanor battery, a minor charge for harming someone. Spray bothered two others. All three went to hospital. Phone arguments can turn criminal this way.
