UK Charges Man for First Time Over 1994 Rwanda Killings

The Crown Prosecution Service, Britain's team of government lawyers, charged Dr Vincent Brown, who lives in north London, over the 1994 genocide, the mass killing, of Tutsi people in Rwanda, it said 21 September 2026.
