New Safer Courtrooms Planned for Rape Cases

Prime Minister Andy Burnham says every major criminal court in England and Wales will have at least one special room for rape and serious sexual assault cases within two years. They will have private doors, waiting areas and video testimony recorded beforehand. He said too few rape cases lead to charges, calling it 'shamefully low.'
