Meta fights stricter UK safety rules for WhatsApp and Instagram

Meta is challenging Britain's internet regulator, Ofcom, for placing WhatsApp and Instagram in a stricter safety group, like a higher checklist. Lawyers filed in the week before 20 September 2026.
