Ukraine Says It Used Its Own Pelican Missile for the First Time

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine fired its own Pelican missile in Sept. 20 strikes on Moscow and elsewhere in Russia. Like a cannonball thrown high and fast, it is hard to block. This is Kyiv's first acknowledged use of this missile kind in the full-scale war. It travels about 350km, giving Ukraine a new home-made power to strike.
