India tells caller ID apps to share spam reports

India's phone regulator has changed its rules for business calls and texts to require apps that identify callers and flag spam to pass user complaints to phone companies' common spam-fighting database. Officials say more reports will help punish spammers. It covers apps in India, including Truecaller, with over 350 million users there.
