Carney wants Canada and Europe to share tech, money, defence and energy

Prime Minister Mark Carney told the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Sept. 17 that Canada and Europe should combine their protected information and computers, run their own money-transfer networks, and work together on military equipment, energy and key mined materials, internet access and shared rules for smart software.
