Chelsea could soon have one owner in £5bn deal

£5 billion is the price tag put on Chelsea in a near-deal for Clearlake Capital to buy out fellow owners Todd Boehly and Mark Walter, The Guardian reported 11 Sept. Nothing is signed yet. Clearlake already owns most of the club, so this would leave one owner in charge. I doubt small slices would fetch that price elsewhere.
