Flight agency checking if Trump arch near airport is unsafe

The FAA is doing a full safety check on the Trump administration's planned 250-foot arch at Memorial Circle, about two miles in a straight line from Reagan National Airport's main runway, that could label it "a hazard." The agency said in early September the check covers the arch and building cranes up to 320 feet tall.
