FAA review could label proposed 250-foot Trump arch near Reagan National 'a hazard'

The FAA is conducting a full obstruction evaluation of the Trump administration's proposed 250-foot arch at Memorial Circle, about two aeronautical miles from Reagan National Airport's main runway, that could label it "a hazard." The agency said in early September the review covers the arch and construction cranes up to 320 feet tall.
