EU suggests no social media for young kids, time limits for teens

The EU proposes no social media for children under 13. Kids 13 to 15 would get one hour a day on supervised 'mini accounts' connected to a parent or guardian. Only those 15 and older could open their own accounts. The EU Kids Act aims to protect health and safety, but how 27 countries would enforce it still needs talks.
