Dutch Trains Stopped on Purpose?

Trains in central and northern Netherlands including Amsterdam stopped morning of Sept. 15, 2026. Police are investigating suspected sabotage, deliberate damage. Track manager ProRail said pipes and cables placed on purpose at at least 20 spots tricked signals into reading tracks as full, like parking spots, causing at least 35 failures. No one was hurt.
