Why Ebola Is Still Spreading in Eastern Congo

Ebola cases in North Kivu in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo doubled in a week, from 100 to over 200. On 16 September, WHO health agency chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said ending Ebola there is 'far from over,' like a fire still burning. Spread slowed in Ituri, and South Kivu has had no cases since May.
