U.S. to block visitors accused of mistreating white South Africans

The U.S. will block entry for people accused of targeting Afrikaners, white South Africans, because of race, urging violence, or helping take land without paying. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the rule Sept. 15 but named no one. South Africa says it is not persecuting white people or taking land. The U.S. Embassy called it a first step.
