Rubio announces visa restrictions over alleged discrimination against Afrikaners

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Sept. 15 a visa restriction policy for people accused of race-based discrimination against South Africa's Afrikaner minority, inciting violence or enabling land confiscation without compensation. No individuals were named. South Africa denies persecuting white people or confiscating land. The U.S. Embassy called it a first step.
