U.S. Says Five Russian Spies Planned Paid Killings

On Sept. 15, U.S. lawyers charged five suspected Russian spies, who are still free, with planning to pay for terror attacks and hired killings in the U.S. The Manhattan court papers allege they planned to kill specific people in the U.S. and in European countries helping Ukraine. The FBI says it blocked the plans.
