Student Sues Columbia, Saying Palestinian Students Were Treated Unfairly

Mahmoud Khalil said Sept. 14, 2026, he is taking Columbia University, its governing board and international-affairs dean Keren Yarhi-Milo to federal court (national court). With the Palestine Working Group, he claims the school unfairly treated Palestinian students and ignored bullying complaints. He wants suspensions lifted, access restored, payment for harm, and a promise it will not happen again.
