Many Minority Health Managers Say They May Leave

One in five managers from Black, Asian and minority backgrounds plan to leave Britain's public health service within three years. Of 950 surveyed by health group NHS Alliance, almost four in five reported racism, exclusion, and careers stalled like a car in traffic. Minority seats on top boards rose to 17.3% in 2025. The test is whether promotions catch up.
