Europe's lawmakers to open small office in Ottawa

Europe's Parliament will open a small Ottawa office to work more closely with Canada's Parliament. President Roberta Metsola said it will help European and Canadian lawmakers — MPs and senators — talk and learn about the Arctic, security and trade across the Atlantic. The news came ahead of Prime Minister Mark Carney's speech to that Parliament.
