European Parliament to open antenna office in Ottawa

The European Parliament plans to open an antenna office in Ottawa to strengthen parliamentary relations with Canada. President Roberta Metsola said it will facilitate exchanges with MPs and senators and help politicians better understand the Arctic, security and transatlantic trade. The announcement came ahead of Prime Minister Mark Carney's address to the Parliament.
