Sweden Votes, but It's Too Close to Call a Winner

Sweden voted 13 September with no clear winner. Magdalena Andersson, head of the Social Democrats, and outgoing Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson both say they will try to team up with other parties to lead. With 95% counted, Andersson's centre-left side leads 176 seats to 173 out of 349. Final count due this weekend; lawmakers meet 28 September.
