A Malaysian court found a boy not guilty of killing 16-year-old Yap Shing Xuen in a school bathroom outside Kuala Lumpur, saying mental illness meant he did not understand his actions. His lawyers admitted he did it at 14. A mental health doctor said he has had schizophrenia — seeing and believing things that aren't real — since age nine.
