Watchdog rules National flyer on KiwiSaver was misleading

The advertising watchdog has ruled a National Party flyer wrongly claimed Labour's capital gains tax would "hit" KiwiSaver retirement savings. The watchdog said most people would think their savings would be directly taxed. Labour says KiwiSaver is exempt from the tax. National was told not to use the flyer again in its current form.
