Government review suggests 24 ways to cut rules for cafés, bars and restaurants

A government review of New Zealand's hospitality sector — worth $21.4 billion — suggests 24 ways to cut paperwork. One idea: replace the various alcohol licence types with a single simpler system. Others include dropping yearly licence renewals and using one nationwide form. Regulation Minister David Seymour said ministers will pick which ideas to accept soon.
