Nvidia's New Chip System Uses Far Less Power for Far More Work

Nvidia says its new Vera Rubin system does up to 30 times more computing work per unit of electricity than the previous generation. Six chips work together: smart processors organize data while paired graphics chips handle heavy calculations. Amazon has tripled its Nvidia order, adding two million chips to its cloud service starting late 2026.
