14 Newborns Die in Hospital Fire That Warnings Couldn't Prevent

A fire started by a broken air conditioner killed 14 newborns at a hospital in Islamabad on August 26. A newspaper had warned back in 2012 that the hospital was unsafe after six babies died in a similar fire elsewhere. It's unclear if anything was ever fixed.
