Encrypted Messaging Experts Release Tool for Secure Group Work

Experts who built Signal, the encrypted messaging app, released a new open-source tool on 12 June for keeping group work completely private. The system lets teams collaborate while ensuring no central server holds the keys to their data. Each action is verified mathematically to prevent tampering. Microsoft Research and Harvard were involved.
