Snapchat Now Lets Teenagers Share Videos Publicly

Snapchat has expanded who can share content openly. Sixteen- and 17-year-olds can now post to the platform's public feeds and have their videos ranked alongside others. Younger teens still cannot. The change includes parental controls so families can monitor activity.
