ByteDance and Tencent Each Receive 10,000 High-Powered NVIDIA Chips

ByteDance and Tencent have each received 10,000 NVIDIA H200 chips — specialized processors built to power artificial intelligence. The Financial Times reports these are the first confirmed deliveries since China approved importing over 400,000 of the chips in January. Other Chinese firms are expected to receive shipments soon. Each company may buy up to 75,000 total.
