Te Pāti Māori asks voters to split their votes — Labour says it's risky

Te Pāti Māori wants voters to back it for a local seat but give their party vote to Labour or the Greens. Labour's Willie Jackson warned this could trigger calls to scrap the Māori seats. Labour won't do the same back. Co-leader Debbie Ngarewa-Packer said the party is using rules any party can use.
