Vandalism case dropped against ex-Olympian over Reflecting Pool damage

A federal judge dropped vandalism charges against former U.S. Olympian David Hearn and three others linked to damage at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said poor installation caused the damage. Judge Todd Edelman has not decided whether the charges can be brought again.
