Judge dismisses vandalism case against ex-Olympian after prosecutors blame Reflecting Pool damage on 'botched installation'

A federal judge dismissed the vandalism case against former U.S. Olympian David Hearn and three co-defendants over Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool damage. The dismissal followed a filing by D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro attributing the damage to "botched installation." Judge Todd Edelman has not yet decided whether the case can be refiled.
